(hereinafter referred to as “the tenderer”) has a steep relationship with Datang International Power Generation Co., Ltd. Hefei Power Plant's 2017 auxiliary engine control system and production management system maintenance project will be openly invited domestically, and interested bidders are welcome to sign up.

I. Project Introduction and Scope:

Datang International Power Generation Co., Ltd. Douhe Power Plant is located in Kaiping District, Tangshan City, Hebei Province. The site of the site is relatively convenient for traffic, with a total installed capacity of 1300 MW. It is proposed to invite tenders for the auxiliary engine control system and production management system maintenance project in 2017.

Scope of Bidding: Datang International Power Co., Ltd. Douhe Power Plant's 2017 full plant auxiliary engine control system and production management system maintenance project to ensure the safe and reliable operation of the auxiliary engine control system and production management system throughout the year, providing 24-hour vacancy service After receiving the notice of vacancy, they must rush to the defect site within 10 minutes and eliminate the defect within the prescribed time. The maintenance system includes: HZJ auxiliary engine control system, HZJ coal conveying program control system, HZJ water treatment control system, HZJ ash supply program control system, HZJ power plant production management information system, HZJ enterprise personnel management system, HZJ mining recruitment industry two-vote management system, HZJ data acquisition and transmission system, HZJ enterprise employee performance assessment system, HZJ electric dust collection data acquisition system, HZJ HVAC program control system and other production management systems

The specific requirements shall be based on the record of the bidding documents.

Second, qualifications and other requirements:

The bidder should have the ability to successfully fulfill the contract and meet the following qualification requirements at the same time:

2.1 The bidder is legally and financially independent and can operate legally. It has the status of a legal person and the power to independently enter into contracts. The registered capital is more than RMB 25 million.

2.2 passed ISO9001:2008 quality management system certification.

2.3 The bidder must be familiar with the power plant auxiliary control system technology and PLC program control system.

2.4 With good bank credit and business reputation, not being ordered to suspend business, assets being taken over or frozen, and bankruptcy.

2.5 The Commonwealth does not accept bids from the Commonwealth.

2.6 The bidder had no major violation of laws, regulations, or breach of contract in its business activities in the past three years (2013-2015) of the bid, nor had he been punished by the competent department for major service quality problems.

3 Acquisition of Bidding Documents

3.1 Method of Obtaining: Any bidder who intends to participate in the bidding must register to view the tender announcement information and apply for registration procedures for this bid.
