Skyworth color TV (5T361 movement) strange fault has finally been repaired - android - Phones Developers

The TV model is Skyworth 5T361, with the main board 8829, power supply chip STR G9656, field oscillator LA7841, and audio chip TA8246.
The fault appears as shown in the image. It's a recurring issue, only one symptom occurs at a time. The duration varies from a few seconds to several minutes. Sometimes it can last more than half the screen. When the fault happens, the line pack makes a loud squeak, and its output voltage drops significantly. No abnormality was found during regular checks of the line output. The measured line current was close to 500mA. At the same time, the power supply current limiting resistor gets hot quickly, even red-hot. The fan and normal pillow correction were working fine. The power supply was always stable, and replacing the board with another picture tube didn't help.
After several days of troubleshooting and with some helpful suggestions from others, I finally fixed the problem. Here’s what I found: the line push transistor 2482 had poor performance, and the 47Ω resistor in the line section of the 8829 board was slightly larger and unstable, measuring around 50–60Ω at times. Replacing these two components solved the issue completely. As for why these components caused such an unusual fault, I’m still trying to understand the exact reason.
