2 Bidder qualification requirements
2.1 Qualified bidders and their bid products must meet the following general qualification requirements:
2.1.1 Bidders must be legal entities registered in the territory of the People's Republic of China. The registered capital must not be less than 10 million yuan.
2.1.2 Designed and manufactured products that have the same structure, the same type, the same or more technical specifications as the bid product. Under the same or more strict normative conditions as the specification, the quantity or supply quantity of the product and its successful operation time meet the requirements of the tenderer. If there are different types of equipment in the same tender section, the applicant must meet the eligibility requirements for each category of equipment in the tender section.
2.1.3 The Bidder has good bank credit and business reputation and is not being ordered to suspend business or bankruptcy, and the assets have not been reorganized, taken over and frozen, and they can meet the following financial requirements:
(1) The bidder may be a manufacturer or an agent.
(2) If the bidder is the only designated agent, the manufacturer must provide the agent with the sole sales agent authorization letter. The bidder shall promise to assume the performance, quality and fulfillment obligations of the target object.
(3) The financial position is good.
2.1.4 In the past three years, during the fulfillment of the supply contract, after-sales service and product operation, there was no breach of contract after the successful bidder, serious breach of contract provisions during the performance process, and major quality problems in the product supply.
2.1.5 The bidder is in good operating condition and has not been ordered to suspend business, assets have been taken over, frozen or bankruptcy, and the following financial requirements have been met.
2.1.6 is not suspended or canceled.
2.1.7 The Commonwealth does not accept bids for this consortium.
2.1.8 Other requirements:
(1) Equipment supply performance of more than 2 thermal power generating units;
(2) In the past five years, there have been well-renovated operating experiences of the high-frequency pulse power supply for two sets of thermal power units for electric dust removal. No major equipment quality problems or effective improvement measures have been found during installation and commissioning operations.
(3) In the past three years, there have been no frauds, frauds, and breaches of contract;
(4) There have been no major safety incidents in the past three years;
(5) There is no bad record of China Datang Corporation and its subsidiaries;
