The Zotye T700 has just come out soon, and will push the seven-seat version of the model - Zotye T700L, wheelbase super Haval H9!
The Zotye T700, a mid-to-large-sized five-seater SUV launched not long ago, is now being followed up with the introduction of its seven-seater variant, the Zotye T700L. I recently got my hands on some real photos of the Zotye T700L, and it's quite impressive. The car features a striking hexagonal grille with a bold mesh design that gives it a very commanding presence. It’s coupled with sleek headlamps and taillights that give the vehicle an aggressive yet modern look. Compared to the five-seater model, the T700L offers a slight increase in both length and height.
Under the hood, the Zotye T700L will come with two engine options: a 1.8-liter turbocharged unit and a 2.0-liter turbocharged engine. These engines promise decent performance, with the 2.0-liter variant delivering a maximum output of 190 horsepower. The SUV boasts a wheelbase of 2,850 mm, which outpaces the popular Haval H9 in its class.
In terms of styling, the Zotye T700L continues to impress with its aggressive front fascia and coupe-like roofline. The hexagonal grille is paired with sharp LED daytime running lights, while the rear end sports LED taillights that complement the front lights beautifully. The car’s profile reveals a slightly stretched-out roofline and a muscular stance, thanks to its sculpted flanks and prominent wheel arches. Additionally, the T700L features a set of stylish alloy wheels and a panoramic sunroof, adding a touch of luxury and practicality.
Inside, the Zotye T700L is equally appealing. The cabin is upholstered with high-quality leather, and it comes standard with heated front seats, an auto-dimming rearview mirror, and even electric adjustments for the rear seats. Being a seven-seater SUV, the T700L ensures passenger comfort across all rows with its three-zone climate control system. Other notable features include LED headlights, adaptive lighting, and rear privacy glass.
The interior design is modern and functional, with a focus on premium materials and thoughtful touches like an electrically retractable welcome step. The dashboard is equipped with a touchscreen infotainment system and digital instrument clusters, offering a tech-savvy driving experience. Space-wise, the T700L measures 4,911 mm in length, 1,933 mm in width, and 1,755 mm in height, making it one of the larger offerings in its segment.
Powertrain options include the 1.8-liter turbo engine, producing 177 horsepower, and the 2.0-liter turbo unit, delivering 190 horsepower. Both engines are mated to either a five-speed manual or a six-speed dual-clutch transmission, providing drivers with a choice between simplicity and efficiency. The suspension setup strikes a balance between comfort and agility, ensuring a smooth ride over various road conditions.
Looking ahead, Zotye is planning a busy year, with several new models scheduled for release. Alongside the T700L, the brand is expected to roll out the T600 Coupe, the Zoetro S300, the Zotye S700, the Zotye T800, and even a new MPV. This aggressive product lineup reflects Zotye’s commitment to expanding its market share and establishing itself as a serious player in the global automotive industry.
Overall, the Zotye T700L represents a significant step forward for the brand, offering a compelling blend of style, space, and technology at an attractive price point. Whether you're looking for a spacious family SUV or simply want to explore what Zotye has to offer, the T700L certainly makes a strong case for itself.
