1, cold storage due to poor insulation or sealing performance, resulting in large cold loss

The poor insulation performance of cold storage is due to the lack of insulation thickness of pipelines, warehouse insulation walls, etc. The insulation and heat insulation effects are poor. It is mainly caused by the improper selection of insulation layer thickness during design or the poor quality of insulation materials during construction. In addition, in the process of construction, the heat-preservation and moisture-proof properties of the heat-insulating material may be damaged, resulting in moisture-proof, deformation, or even erosion of the heat-insulating layer. The heat insulation and insulation capacity of the heat-insulating material is reduced, the loss of cold prevention of the library is increased, and the temperature of the storage tank is significantly slowed down. . Another important cause of large cold loss is the poor sealing performance of the warehouse, and there is more hot air entering the warehouse from the leak. If condensation occurs on the sealing strip of the warehouse door or the insulation of the cold storage room, the seal is not tight at this location. Another important reason for the slow decrease in the temperature of the cold storage is the low heat transfer efficiency of the evaporator, which is mainly caused by too thick or excessive dust on the surface of the evaporator. Because the surface temperature of the cold storage evaporator is mostly lower than 0°C, and the humidity of the warehouse is relatively high, the moisture in the air easily frosts on the surface of the evaporator and even freezes, affecting the heat transfer effect of the evaporator. In order to prevent the frost on the surface of the evaporator from being too thick, defrost it regularly. Here are two simpler methods of defrosting: 1 Stopping defrosting. That is, stop the operation of the compressor, open the storage room door, let the storage temperature rise, and then restart the compressor after the frost layer is automatically melted. 2 Cream. After the goods in the warehouse are removed, the surface of the evaporator tubes is directly flushed with tap water at a higher temperature to dissolve or peel off the frost layer. Excessively thick frost will lead to poor heat transfer performance of the evaporator, and the evaporator surface will be too thick due to long-term cleaning, and its heat transfer efficiency will be significantly reduced.

The thermal efficiency will also drop significantly, and the temperature of the warehouse will decrease. Therefore, in the daily operation and maintenance, attention should be paid to the timely removal of the oil on the inner surface of the evaporator heat transfer tube and the air in the evaporator, so as to improve the heat transfer efficiency of the evaporator.

5, cold storage throttle valve improper adjustment or plugging, refrigerant flow is too large or too small

The improper adjustment or plugging of the cold storage throttle valve will directly affect the flow of refrigerant into the evaporator. When the opening degree of the throttle valve is too large, the flow of the refrigerant is too large, the evaporation pressure and the evaporation temperature also increase, and the temperature decrease of the warehouse will slow down; at the same time, when the opening degree of the throttle valve is too small or is blocked, the refrigerant The flow rate also decreases, the cooling capacity of the system also decreases, and the temperature drop of the warehouse will also slow down. Generally, it can be judged whether the throttle valve refrigerant flow is appropriate by observing the evaporation pressure, the evaporation temperature and the frosting condition of the suction pipe. Throttle plugging is an important factor affecting the flow of refrigerant. The main causes of blockage of the throttle valve are ice blocking and dirty plugging. Ice blocking is due to the poor drying effect of the dryer. The refrigerant contains moisture. When it flows through the throttle valve, the temperature drops below 0°C. The moisture in the refrigerant freezes and blocks the orifice of the throttle valve. Due to the accumulation of a lot of dirt on the inlet filter screen of the throttle valve, the circulation of the refrigerant is not smooth, and a blockage is formed.

6. The amount of refrigerant in the cold storage system is insufficient and the cooling capacity is insufficient

There are two main reasons for the lack of refrigerating capacity of cold storage. One is that the amount of refrigerant is insufficient. At this time, only enough refrigerant can be added. Another reason is that there are many refrigerant leaks in the system. In this case, leakage points should be searched first, and the pipelines and valve connections should be inspected. After the leaks are repaired, a sufficient amount of refrigerant can be filled.

7, the compressor is low efficiency, the cooling capacity can not meet the warehouse load requirements

Due to long-term operation of the compressor, cylinder sleeves, piston rings and other components are severely worn and the clearance increases. As a result, the sealing performance will be reduced accordingly, and the compressor's gas delivery coefficient will also be reduced, and the cooling capacity will be reduced. When the cooling capacity is less than the heat load of the warehouse, the temperature of the warehouse will decrease slowly. By observing the suction and discharge pressure of the compressor, the cooling capacity of the compressor can be roughly judged. If the refrigeration capacity of the compressor is reduced, the commonly used method is to replace the cylinder liner and piston ring of the compressor. If the cylinder sleeve and piston ring of the compressor cannot be worked out after replacement, other factors should be taken into account, or even dismantled and repaired to eliminate the failure factor.
