This article describes the application of Acrel-2000 power monitoring software based on network power meter in Dongguan Tianan Digital City power distribution monitoring. The system realizes intelligent, digital, and networked power monitoring of decentralized acquisition and centralized control management.

1. Project Overview

The "Dongguan Tianan Digital City" invested by Dongguan Tianan Cybercity Co., Ltd. is located in Nancheng District, the center of Dongguan New City. It is a "triple" project in Dongguan and one of the three billion projects in Nancheng District.

The overall planning of the project covers an area of ​​about 300,000 square meters, a building area of ​​1 million square meters, and a total investment of 5 billion yuan. The "Tian'an Science and Technology Industry Building" series of products developed by the park mainly includes: a science and technology industrial building that provides research and development and office for innovative enterprises, and provides work and leisure facilities for science and technology and management talents. The distribution system of the entire commercial area B has a high-voltage and low-voltage transmission and distribution room with 4 transformers built on the ground floor of the commercial body; the whole distribution system has a total of more than 103 low-voltage feed-out circuits, and the incoming circuit is installed. 3.2 System Structure

The entire system adopts a set of Acrel2000 power monitoring system and adopts a hierarchical distributed structure, namely field device layer, network management layer, and monitoring management layer.

The field device collects the operating parameters of each loop power system at the scene, including current, voltage, power and other telemetering information, as well as the state of circuit-breaker switch-off and switch-off status; the network management layer mainly includes the communication management machine, photoelectric conversion equipment, and switches. Responsible for uploading data and issuing instructions; monitoring management is the core of the entire system. All data storage, power system operation status display, and control instructions are issued through this part.

The main functions are a main wiring diagram interface display; event recording, system operation abnormal monitoring; fault alarm and operation records; power report query and printing; system load query, user rights management and other main functions; telemetry information report query, circuit breaker split Gate status indication.

3.3 Software Design

Acrel-2000 power monitoring software is dedicated software for collecting and monitoring field instrument data. The system is an intelligent network power monitoring system. The system integrates various modern information technologies such as computer networks, communications, databases, and numerical processing, and is a power system. Basic and important components. Software configuration flexibility, practicality, simple operation, easy maintenance and scalability. It provides a good user development interface and a simple method of engineering implementation. It can meet the requirements of energy conservation of enterprises, and can use network communication and IT information processing technology to effectively strengthen the internal management of the property, and improve the speed and accuracy of the scientific management decision of the property. degree.

The system is designed according to the customer's actual needs and realizes functions such as power distribution monitoring, power report, communication status, events and alarms.

Fig. 2 shows the power distribution monitoring interface of this system. The three-phase current, three-phase voltage, active power, reactive power, rate factor, and the current status of the circuit breaker's split and closing in the power distribution room and equipment communication are displayed in real time. Alarms, overload limit alarms, etc. A pop-up alarm pops up a dialog box to remind the on-duty personnel to handle the fault in time and reduce the accident rate.

4 Conclusion

In the application of power distribution facilities today, the distribution security of the commercial plaza project is of utmost importance. The application of the Acrel-2000 power monitoring system described in this article in Tianan Digital City, Dongguan can realize the distribution of power distribution cabinets for substations. The real-time monitoring of the power consumption of the loop can not only show the power consumption status of the loop, but also has the function of network communication, and can form a power monitoring system with the computer. The system analyzes and processes the collected data, displays the running status of each distribution circuit in the substation in real time, has a pop-up alarm dialog box, voice prompts, and generates various energy reports, analysis curves, graphics, etc. Remote meter reading as well as analysis and research of electric energy, the system is safe, reliable, and stable. It provides a real and reliable basis for solving electricity problems in the commercial plaza project, and has achieved good economic benefits.
