First, the Tender Conditions

This project has completed all necessary approval and filing procedures as required. The funding source has been secured, and all conditions for conducting a tender have been met. An open bidding process is now being launched.

II. Project Overview and Scope of Tender

2.1 Project Name: 2018 Geophysical Prospecting Company Xinjiang Last Earthquake Production Equipment and Material Transportation Service Project;

2.2 Tender Number: 2017FWGK3772;

2.3 Estimated Investment: RMB 3.7 million (including tax);

2.4 Service Period: From January 15, 2018, to December 31, 2018;

2.5 Location of Implementation: Qiemo County, Xinjiang;

2.6 Scope of Tender: This project involves the transportation of desert equipment and production materials for the earthquake response in Xinjiang and the last block. The project requires five flatbed trucks for transporting desert equipment and three trailers for carrying bentonite and other production materials. For detailed specifications, please refer to Chapter 4 “Technical Standards and Requirements” in the bidding documents under tender number 2017FWGK3772.

2.7 This is a framework agreement tender with two bidders, and the workload will be distributed at 60% and 40% respectively.

III. Qualification Requirements for Bidders

3.1 This project does not accept bids from consortiums;

3.2 Bidders must be legally registered entities or organizations with valid business licenses, and their business scope must include general cargo transportation;

3.3 Bidders are required to hold a "Road Management Permit" and demonstrate sufficient capabilities in terms of personnel, equipment, and financial resources. Specifically, the proposed project manager must have more than three years of experience managing similar projects, and the technical supervisor must have at least two years of experience in related fields.

IV. Acquisition of Bidding Documents

4.1 The period for obtaining the bidding documents is from December 14, 2017, at 9:00 AM Beijing Time, to December 20, 2017, at 11:59 PM Beijing Time.

The output voltage of both types can be divided into 0 ~ 150Vac, 150 ~ 300Vac with 400Hz fixed output frequency. This series of AC power supplies are featured for high precision, stable output, high display resolution, low waveform distortion and complete protection functions.

Through the friendly operation panel, you can read the output data such as output voltage, output current, output power, power factor, etc., providing accurate data records for your test, and can add RS485 interfaces as standard, following the MODBUS-RTU international communication protocol, which can realize remote control and operating status monitoring of the power supplies, Currently, the Intermediate Frequency AC Power Supplies are mainly used for aircraft and mechanical equipment, radar, navigation and other military electronic equipment and other occasions that require 400Hz intermediate frequency output.
