The infrared water-saving circuit distributes and receives two parts, which are placed on both sides of the faucet. When someone approaches the faucet to wash, the infrared beam is reflected, and the solid state relay is triggered, amplified, decoded and outputted to open the faucet. After washing, the person will go and the tap will automatically close.
The receiving and decoding device adopts the infrared special integrated circuit uPC1373, and its output end is connected with the infrared light receiving tube PH302 matched with the infrared transmitting tube. The 38kHz infrared pulse modulation signal is amplified, selected, detected, and shaped by IC2. Its output generates a negative jump pulse, which is applied to the negative controller terminal of the solid state relay SSR. The SSR is turned on and the AC 220V is applied to the solenoid valve. When the solenoid valve is energized, it opens and discharges water. After the hand washing person leaves, the infrared reflected light disappears, the infrared receiving tube D4 and IC2 can not receive the infrared light signal, and the output is clamped at a high potential, the SSR is turned off, and the faucet is no longer discharged.
