The structure of the surface light source mainly includes the following materials

Aluminum frame

2. Diffusion plate

The light of the light guide plate is evenly dispersed, and the function of shielding the mesh point is also used. The diffusion plate generally uses acrylic or 2.0 material, and the cost of the acrylic is lower and the light transmittance is slightly higher than that of the PC. The acrylic is brittle and resistant to aging. The performance is weak, the price of the PC is slightly expensive, but the anti-aging performance is strong. The diffuser plate cannot see the dots after being mounted, and the light transmittance is about 90%. Acrylic transmittance is 92%, PC is 88%. You can choose the diffuser material according to your needs, generally use acrylic materials.
3. Light guide plate

The side LED light is deflected by the dot refraction to change the angle of the light. The light guide plate is the heart of the flat lamp. The dot design is very important. The dot design is not good. The overall light effect seen is very poor. Generally, the middle light will appear. Both sides are dark 2.
