Photocoupler

The LM111, LM211 and LM311 voltage comparators are designed to operate over a wide range of supply voltages: from standard ±15V op amps to single 5V supplies for logic ICs. Its output is compatible with RTL, DTL and TTL with MOS circuits. In addition, they can drive relays with switching voltages up to 50V and currents up to 50mA.
