The Hungarian National Urban Public Lighting Contract Energy Management Project is a LED retrofit of municipal street lamps in more than 2,000 cities in Hungary and is implemented by EMC. The total contract value is about 1.5 billion yuan.
Tongtai International Holdings Group, together with the Hungarian New Energy Company and the Hungarian government and the German E.ON company responsible for the public lighting management business in Hungary, obtained the project operation rights and organized, invested and operated with the relevant parties such as AVIC New Energy Company. The Energy Fund provides investment support for the EMC project. At the same time, the two parties jointly launched cooperation in photovoltaic, gas turbine and energy conservation and environmental protection projects in other parts of Europe.

Recently, Tongtai International Holdings Group and China National Aviation International New Energy Co., Ltd. held a signing ceremony for the cooperation agreement, marking the two sides becoming partners in the Hungarian national urban public lighting contract energy management project.
