8. The enterprise shall establish a quality inspection agency and equip with corresponding quality inspection equipment. Some small enterprises do not have the implementation of industry-standard instruments and equipment and professionals, resulting in a large difference in third-party testing data and contract requirements after product construction.

9. Enterprises should strengthen factory inspection. Increase the factory inspection and pre-inspection before the completion of the project.
