If the bid bond is forfeited, the bidder shall immediately replenish the annual bid bond of 800,000 yuan. Otherwise, the Shenzhen Construction Engineering Transaction Service Center will recover the deposit receipt certificate.
If the bidder pays the annual bid bond, the copy of the annual bid bond receipt certificate issued by the Shenzhen Construction Engineering Transaction Service Center will be stamped into the post-qualification document of the bidding documents. After the tender closing and before the qualification review, present the original receipt certificate to the tenderee and submit a copy of the annual tender bond receipt certificate with the official seal.

3. When the bidder submits the bidding documents, the bidder must verify the fingerprint.
4. The relevant provisions for post-qualification review are as follows:

(2) The post-qualification committee established by the tenderer shall conduct the qualification examination of the bidder after the bid opening and before the bid evaluation;
