3 Building neon installations should meet the following requirements:
3.1 The neon tube is intact and there is no breakage;
3.2 The lamp tube is fixed by a special insulating bracket and is firm and reliable. After the lamp is fixed, the distance from the surface of the building or structure is not less than 20mm;
3.3 Neon-specific transformers adopt double-loop type, the length of the supplied lamps is not more than the allowable load length, and there are rain-proof measures for open-air installation;
3.4
The connecting line between the secondary wire and the lamp of the neon-specific transformer is a high-voltage insulated wire with a rated voltage greater than 15KV. The distance between the secondary wire and the surface of the building or structure is not less than 20 mm.

4 Installation of aviation obstacle sign lights should meet the following requirements:
4.1 The luminaire is installed at the highest part of the building or structure. When the plane area of ​​the highest part is large or is a group of buildings, in addition to being installed at the highest end, lamps are respectively installed at the tops of the outer corners thereof;
4.2 When the luminaire is installed on the top of the chimney, it is installed at a position 1.5 to 3 m below the chimney and arranged horizontally in a regular triangle;
4.3 The selection of the luminaire is determined according to the installation height; the low light intensity (used when installed below 60m from the ground) is red light, and its effective light is stronger than 1600cd. The high light intensity (used when installed above 150m above the ground) is white light, and the effective light intensity depends on the background brightness;
4.4 The power supply of the luminaire shall be powered according to the highest load level requirement in the main building;
4.5 The installation of the luminaire is firm and reliable, and measures for repairing and replacing the light source are provided.

5 The installation of garden lights should meet the following requirements:
5.1 The insulation resistance of the conductive part of each set of lamps to the ground is greater than 2 MΩ;
5.2 Column-type street lamps, floor-standing street lamps, special gardening lamps, lamps and foundations are fixed reliably, and the anchor bolts are complete. The junction box or fuse box of the lamp, the waterproof gasket of the cover is complete;
5.3 Metal posts and luminaires are accessible to bare conductors and to ground (PE) or zero (PEN) connections. The grounding line is provided with a trunk line, and the trunk line forms a ring network along the position of the garden lamp, and no less than two places are connected with the grounding device lead-out line. The branch line from the main line is connected to the metal lamp post and the ground terminal of the lamp, and has a mark.
