1. The mounting angle is abnormal: there are various angles for the mounted products (the mounting angle is 90 degrees).
Treatment: Observe that the top wire of the U-axis synchronous wheel is loose and slips at the corner, which is improved after tightening the screw;


2. Abnormal in and out of the board: the first section of the guide rail will stop when half of the board is in and the second section of the guide rail will not move when half of the out of the board.
Improvement measures: It is observed that when the second section of the guide rail is out of the board, the first section of the guide rail is also synchronized when the board is in and the third section of the guide rail is also out of the board at the same time. There will be an abnormality in and out of the board. The software modifies the board entry and exit process. For example, you must wait for the second stage of the board exit to be completed, and the first stage can enter the board after contacting the third stage in-position sensor. This problem is improved after the process is modified.


3. Abnormal throwing: continuous throwing of the material at the bottom exceeds the set area or template matching is unsuccessful, causing serious material waste.
Improvement measures: increase the setting of the number of throws, the machine will alarm if the number of throws exceeds the set, and the improvement is OK.


Fourth, the labeling position of the labeling machine is unstable

Improvements:

1. The belt pressing device may not be pressed tightly, resulting in loosening of the standard belt and inaccurate detection by the electric eye;

2. The traction mechanism may be slipping or not being pressed tightly, causing the bottom paper not to be taken away smoothly, causing the length of the label to be different;
3. The marking speed and the conveying speed do not match;
4. The inclination of the pressing brush at the peeling label board is not appropriate. When the label is sent out, the label must be close to the brush to make the label sending angle consistent.

5. The labeling machine has poor labeling quality, bubbles or wrinkles

Improvements:

1. The labeling wheel may not be parallel to the surface being laminated, just adjust the labeling wheel;
2. The delivery speed, delivery speed, and overriding speed are not matched. Most of the delivery speeds are too fast. Readjust the delivery speed or delivery speed;

3. The label strength is not enough, and it is easy to wrinkle during the labeling or overwriting process.
