Like the 1.27mm pitch male header, the 1.27mm pitch female header is used in densely-packed devices, requiring space-saving connections. The low profile, 1.27mm pitch female header addresses the need for connecting a variety of board-to-board configurations, with vacuum pick and place that makes it suitable for high volume automated manufacturing. It can be available in varying elevated stack heights, pass-through, rugged, high-density, and in numerous low-cost designs.
Antenk offers 1.27mm pitch female headers in either SMT or THM orientation at high quality and affordable China-quoted price that snuggly fits with the pins of a male header and acts as a receptacle.
Assembly and service is simple with either vertical (straight), elevated or at a right angle orientation, which can dissipate current of about 1.0 A or less in a tape and reel packaging. The filleted corners can also remove shadowing allowing optimization of LED output.
The 1.27mm pitch female headers are commonly found in PC`s and are also made to work in Arduino boards, Arduino Pro and Arduino Mega with either single or double-row female headers, facilitating connections for programming and incorporation into other circuits. They have the perfect height for clearing the USB-B connector and great for stacking multiple shields.

This type of configuration is the most common way of connecting board-to-board by a connector. First, the stacking height is calculated from one board to another and measured from the printed circuit board face to its highest insulator point above the PCB.

Elevated Sockets aka Stacked sockets/receptacles or Mezzanine are simply stacked female headers providing an exact distance requirement between PCBs that optimizes electrical reliability and performance between PCB boards.

Single, Dual or Multiple Number of Rows
For a 1.27mm straight or vertical female header, the standard number of rows that Antenk offers ranges from 1 to 2 rows. However, customization can be available if 3 ,4 or n number of rows is needed by the customer. Also, the number of contacts for the single row is about 2-40 pins while for dual row, the number contacts may vary from 2-80 pins.
Pin Material
The pins of the connector attached to the board have been designed with copper alloy. With customer`s demand the pins can be made gold plated.

Tape and Reel Packaging for SMT Components
Antenk's SMT headers are offered with customizable mating pin lengths, in which each series has multiple number of of circuits, summing up to a thousand individual part number combinations per connector series.
The tape and reel carrier strip ensures that the headers are packaged within accurately sized cavities for its height, width and depth, securing the headers from the environment and maintaining consistent position during transportation.

The buying season is here again, and our family is considering upgrading to a larger smart TV. Initially, we were planning to go for a 60-inch smart TV, but after checking the prices, we realized it would be over budget. Then, someone suggested we look into projectors instead. Not only do they offer a bigger screen, but they also fit our budget better. So I started researching different smart projectors. After comparing several models, I finally settled on the Nut G3. Although we don’t usually watch much TV in daylight, the brightness feels a bit excessive, but I think it's better to have it ready just in case.
What really caught my eye was the design of the Nut G3. Unlike traditional projectors that are bulky and square, this one has a sleek, disc-like shape that looks modern and takes up very little space at home. The body is made of metal and ABS, and it features a unique heat dissipation system, which helps keep things running smoothly. In terms of audio, the Nut G3 comes with a built-in HiFi sound system. When watching movies, the sound quality is surprisingly immersive and detailed. Another feature I really appreciate is the electric lens cover. It automatically opens and closes when you turn the projector on or off, which helps protect the lens from dust. Since there’s always some dust floating around in a home, keeping the lens covered is essential for maintaining image quality and extending the projector's lifespan.
Of course, the real test of a projector is its image quality. Here’s a photo of the actual projection in my living room. You can see how vivid and accurate the colors are compared to the original content. The details are incredibly sharp, and unless you’ve seen it in person, it’s hard to fully appreciate how clear the image is. To make sure it's not just a trick of the light, I even stood in front of the projector to confirm that it's indeed projecting onto a real screen.
Visually, the projected image is at least 100 inches, which would cost tens of thousands if it were a regular TV. But with a projector, I got the same experience for a fraction of the price. While the image quality might not match that of a high-end TV, it's more than sufficient for my needs. Watching movies and TV shows has become much more convenient and enjoyable.
Now, using a projector has become part of our daily routine. Every night, we gather together to watch a show. While the advantages of smart projectors may not be immediately obvious to everyone, many people who have seen it in action are now considering getting one themselves. One relative, who is currently renovating their home, even included the projector in their interior design plans. As they said, “You never know until you try.â€
