Japanese manufacturer CITIZEN launches ultra-thin white LED light source with 74 lumens per watt

Theme: CITIZEN, an industrial Japanese manufacturer, is also an important player in the LED industry. It has recently announced that it will use 540 lumens (lm) for lighting white LED products for flooding. Specifications, luminous efficiency of 74 lumens per watt, featuring high luminous efficiency and ultra-thin surface illuminating light source.

CITIZEN, headquartered in Fujiyoshida, Yamanashi Prefecture, Japan, this time, the new series of white LED lamps are available in CL-L102-C7 series with an input current of 700 milliamperes (mA), a color temperature of 5,000K, and a size of 50mm x 7mm x 2mm, quite guaranteed

CITIZEN pointed out that the company's previous CL-L102-C3N series LED products are suitable for LED light sources used in electronic devices such as mobile phones, with a luminous efficiency of 70 lumens per watt, and a maximum light volume of 245 lumens. It has been adopted by many manufacturers in Japan and internationally. The CL-L102-C7 developed this time has better product specifications and efficiency than previous works. It is an improved CL-L102-C3 series with more than twice the amount of light.

Due to the improved luminous efficiency, CITIZEN believes that the CL-L102-C7 can replace the 40-watt bulb-white bulb and the 8-watt bulb-colored fluorescent lamp. It is also a good choice with solar cells. Because the CL-L102-C7 can reduce the input voltage to 160 milliamperes (mA) in power-down mode, it produces up to 150 lumens of light at 110 lumens per watt.

CITIZEN pointed out that the CL-L102-C7 also introduced a product with a color temperature value of 2,900K. It is expected that the product will be delivered in October 2007, and will be officially mass-produced and shipped in January 2008.
